Una de las cosas que más nos gustan en la vida y con las que siempre soñamos es poder viajar y descubrir muchos lugares mientras los compartimos con ustedes bajo el lente de Sisterly Style. Como dicen viajar es lo mejor que uno puede hacer y definitivamente Venecia es uno de esos lugares que nos soñábamos conocer. El plan no podía ser mejor. Descubrir sin afán la ciudad encantada, perdernos en cada callejón dejándonos enamorar de la magia de cada canal en compañía de nuestra familia, que son las mejores amigas que la vida nos dió. Fué literalmente, un sueño hecho realidad.
Era un día soleado de primavera y habíamos llegado la noche anterior. Teníamos claro que lo queríamos exprimir al máximo. Empezamos por caminar hacía el gran canal, pasando así por el puente de los suspiros, el más famoso de todos y donde definitivamente hay que tomarse una foto con su amado ;). Luego entramos al hotel Danielli. Todo un clásico allí y además es divino, vale la pena reservar con tiempo y comer en el restaurante, la vista es hermosa. Seguimos caminando y entramos a conocer el Palazzo Duccale, un palacio lleno de historia veneciana muy interesante y con una vista privilegiada de la ciudad, llena de color, canales y tejados. Para nadie es un secreto que Venecia es una ciudad llena de turistas, por lo que aprovechamos una hora fresca y temprano en la mañana para visitar la Plaza de San Marcos y así poder admirar la Basílica de San Marcos. Nos sentamos a tomar un café en la plaza y simplemente vivir el momento; mientras lo guardamos para siempre en nuestra memoria.
De allí empezamos a literal descubrir sin rumbo los canales y cada callejón. Almorzamos en una trattoria italiana y seguimos para lo imperdible, el paseo en góndola. Lo más romántico de nuestras vidas iba a empezar, es un plan como de película… ¡fue mágico! Pasamos por el Gran Canal, el Puente Rialto… fue un recorrido de dos horas en el que el tiempo se nos fue a mil. Luego fuimos al almacén “Fondaco Dei Tedeschi” es imperdible y están todas las marcas. Después, queríamos un “gelato” para tomar el algo y seguimos caminando por los callejones… hasta que se anocheció, comimos en otra trattoria y fue hora de regresar al hotel. Así, fueron unas de las 24 horas más mágicas y románticas de nuestras vidas en un destino al que quisiéramos regresar y que siempre vamos a recomendar.

One of the things we like most in life and that we always dream about is to travel and discover many places as we share them with you under our lens. As they say travel is the best that you can do and definitely Venice was one of those places that we dreamed about thousand times. The plan could get any better: discover without a hitch this enchanted city, lose ourselves in each alley letting us fall in love with the magic of each canal with our family, who are the best friends that life gave us. It was literally a dream come true.
It was a sunny spring day and we had arrived the night before. We clearly wanted to squeeze it out. We start by walking towards the Great Canal, passing by the Bridge of Sighs, the most famous of all and where you definitely have to take a picture with your beloved;). Then we went into Hotel Danielli, a classic spot that is incredibly divine, its worth it to book with time to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant, the view is beautiful. Then, we continue walking through the area and get to know Palazzo Duccale, a palace full of interesting Venetian history with a privileged view of the city, full of color, canals and roofs. For anyone it is a secret that Venice is a city full of tourists, so we take advantage of the fresh and early hours in the morning to visit St. Mark’s Square and thus admire the Basilica. We sat down to have a coffee in the square and just live the moment while we kept it forever in our memory.
From there we walked and walked while discovering the canals and quiet passages. We had lunch in an Italian trattoria and we went for the unforgettable plan, the gondola ride. The most romantic plan of our lives was starting, it’s was like a movie … magical! We passed by the Grand Canal, the Rialto Bridge … a two hour tour in which time was flying. Then we went”Fondaco Dei Tedeschi” is a must see and visit store full of luxury brands that is located on an iconic building. Afterwards, we went for a “gelato” and we continued walking through the passages. It got dark and we ate in another trattoria. It was time to go back to the hotel. Thus, they were some of the most magical and romantic 24 hours of our lives in a destination that we would like to go back and that we will always recommend.
