En nuestro primer día en la gran manzana pensamos en un plan relajado, pues veníamos cansados del avión; por lo que el Madison Square Park con su importante vecino, el edificio “Flat Iron” y las hamburguesas de Shake Shak, que no te las puedes perder cuando estés en NY, eran una muy buena opción. Al ser un lugar tan diferente a los que encontramos en nuestra ciudad, un parque lleno de gente, pájaros, músicos y cantantes, niños, bancas y fuentes; nos pareció el lugar ideal para mostrarles y compartir con ustedes en éste post.
Para el día de hoy les mostramos un outfit clásico con un toque muy femenino gracias al uso de algunos colores como lo es la gabardina rosada. Es la temporada de los abrigos y porqué no aprovechar a usarlos, pues en Medellín, son mucho más escasas las oportunidades para hacerlo. Nos encanta el contraste del rosado ultra delicado con las texturas enceradas de cuero en los pantalones, las botas y algunos accesorios. Las rayas dieron el toque final al atuendo lleno de detalles opuestos que se complementan. ¡Esperamos que les guste!
For our first day in the Big Apple we wanted a relaxed plan, we were so tired of the flight so we thought Madison Square Park, the “Flat Iron” building and Shake Shak burgers for lunch, it’s our “burger must” when in NYC, was an excellent idea and our very first choice. Being in such a different place compared with what we can find and do in our city; a park full of people, birds, musicians and singers, children, benches and fountains; we found it as an ideal place to share with you in this post.
For today, a classic outfit with a feminine accent through the use of certain colors as bright pink is our choice. It’s coats season, and why not to take advantage and use them in the perfect “fall” weather, because in our city the opportunities to wear them are very low due to our spring temperatures all year round. We love the contrast of the delicate light pink with the black leather textures in pants, boots and handbag along with some sparkly silver accessories. The B&W stripes sealed the look full of opposite details that complement one to another. Hope you like it!
