Ballerina Style: Effortless & Romantic

Aunque no lo crean, no somos muy compradoras ni muy antojadas. La verdad, somos más del estilo de personas que, para comprar algo, nos tiene que enamorar y quitar el sueño. Una vez vemos la prenda, ya sea en redes sociales, en una página web, en un almacén o revista, pensamos las mil y un maneras de cómo podríamos ponérnoslo y para cuáles ocasiones podría servir. Lo que diga la etiqueta o la marca, no importa, obviamente preferimos calidad que cantidad pero en realidad es cuestión del estilismo que creas puedes hacer con la prenda y cuantas veces te la puedes poner, es decir que si sea fiel a tu estilo de vida e identidad.

Dedicándonos a Sisterly Style, podríamos decir que somos unas investigadoras constantes de nuevas marcas y diseñadores, en especial nuevos talentos en nuestro país. Cuando vemos novedosas propuestas colombianas el corazón se nos llena de orgullo al ver como la moda en Colombia está evolucionando, en crecimiento, expansión y proyección. Cada día que pasa vemos que hay más marcas con diseños novedosos,

Este fue el caso con Velasquez y OQ shoes. Dos marcas, la primera de de ready to wear  y la segunda de zapatos, que al conocerlas y explorar sus perfiles, fue una especie de amor a primera vista, quedamos enganchadas. ¡Esperamos que les gusten tanto como a nosotras!

Believe it or not, we are not big shoppers. Actually, for us to buy something we have to love it since the beginning; and at that moment we see the garment, either in social networks, on a website, in a store or a magazine, we thought a thousand ways of how we could use it and for which particular opportunities we can wear it. We don’t care about what the label says, because what’s most important is that we like it enough, that it looks good on us and that we can use it for a long time, in many situations.

Because of our daily work, we could say that we are researchers of new brands, and even more in our country. When we discover a new Colombian proposal, we feel proud to see that Colombia’s fashion does exists and that each day, it has more future.

This was the case with Velasquez and OQ shoes. Two new brands, one of ready to wear and the other one of shoes, that we met on Instagram and that was love at first sight. Then to go a little further, we visited their website sites and we were hooked. We hope you like them as much as we do!
